Performance Media Manager

Our global retail media client is seeking a Performance Media Manager to lead the execution and optimization of full-funnel media campaigns across a diverse mix of platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven professional with hands-on experience in campaign management and a strong ability to communicate insights to internal teams and clients. You'll play a key role in driving measurable results and shaping media strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Basics Duration: 5 Months Hours: 40 hours/week Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite; may increase to 5 days/week onsite) Interview/Selection Process: 1 virtual interview with the hiring team + a digital assessment for selected candidates Top 3 Required Qualifications Client-Facing Experience: Proven ability to manage client relationships, identify risks, and communicate performance insights and optimizations. Full-Funnel Media Planning Expertise: Demonstrated experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels, including Display, Mobile, Social, Search, and Programmatic. Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong mathematical thinking, data interpretation, and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly across teams. Other Qualifications Bachelor's degree required At least 2-3 years of professional experience in end-to-end digital media campaign management Proficiency in media planning and building media plans using strategic insights Hands-on experience with bid management, campaign optimization, and digital media operations Familiarity with project management tools and ad servers Strong project management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Flexibility to provide after-hours support on a rotational basis Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns from start to finish Collaborate with internal teams (sales, account management, analytics) to define success metrics and measure campaign performance Maintain campaign documentation and shared resources Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including pacing, troubleshooting, and performance tracking Provide strategic insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients Build and deliver media plans for new opportunities Ensure accurate tracking and tag trafficking in partnership with technical teams Deliver monthly audit reports and support billing/pay systems as needed In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
