Responsibilities Assist clients in the home buying process
by providing expert advice and guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements. Conduct property showings
and provide detailed information about each property to help clients make informed decisions. Negotiate purchase agreements
and contracts with sellers and their agents to secure favorable terms for clients. Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals
to ensure a smooth transaction process from start to finish. Maintain a strong knowledge of local real estate markets
and trends to provide clients with up-to-date information and insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
to ensure repeat business and referrals. Utilize CRM systems and other technology tools
to manage client information and track progress throughout the buying process. Qualifications Valid CA real estate license required to join the team (but not to apply) Minimum of
2 years of experience
as a Buyers Agent or in a similar role. Proven track record of
successful real estate transactions . Strong knowledge of the
Long Beach real estate market
and surrounding areas. Excellent
negotiation and communication skills . Proficient in using
real estate CRM software
and other technology tools. Strong
customer service orientation
and ability to build lasting client relationships. Willingness to work
flexible hours , including evenings and weekends, as needed. About-our-team
