and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property. Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals
to ensure a smooth transaction process. Stay updated on real estate market trends
and local neighborhood developments to provide clients with the most current information. Maintain detailed records of client interactions
and transactions using the company's CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service
by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns throughout the buying process. Qualifications Active Real Estate License
in the state of Illinois Proven experience
as a Buyers Agent or relevant real estate role Strong knowledge
of the Chicago real estate market Excellent communication
and negotiation skills Ability to work independently
and as part of a team Proficient with real estate software
and technology Strong organizational
