PAY RATE: $17.50 Per Hour The Salvation Army (TSA), Adult Rehabilitation Centers (ARC), is a no-fee program to assist men & women in completing our drug/alcohol rehabilitation program. Our employees contribute to the maintenance and effectiveness of the program, providing a greater sense of purpose and opportunity. Essential Job Duties
Provide customers with the best selection, exceptional service, and well-organized stores to support spiritual, social, and rehabilitation programs. Work closely with the management team on daily tasks for TSA Family Store, including meeting sales and income goals, creating a positive environment, and implementing Work Therapy Assignments (WTA). Partner with the Store Manager in daily store operations such as opening/closing, POS, inventory, merchandising standards, and donations. Handle all day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager, including personnel and cash handling. Assist in monitoring key performance indicators to drive sales and profitability. Schedule store staff to ensure proper coverage, conduct team meetings, and provide coaching and training. Ensure high customer and donor satisfaction and develop strategies to improve service. Support Back Room Processing to meet daily goals. Supervise and report on program beneficiaries involved in Work Therapy. Protect store assets, including cash, inventory, and property, especially during absences of managers. Ensure store security and safety measures are maintained. Complete all tasks assigned by supervisors and may be relocated based on business needs. Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required. Minimum one-year retail experience; supervisory experience preferred. Pass background check including criminal and sex offender registry. Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors. Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist. Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. Perform repetitive motions as needed. Pay and Benefits
