Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers on the lane

Managing the vehicles in the loaner fleet, including writing loaner agreements and checking in return loaners

Clean and organize the waiting areas

Clean shop common areas

Shuttle customers

Assist service advisors and Service Manager

The ideal candidate will be well organized, friendly, and have basic computer skills.

This is a fast paced, on your feet all day, position.

Professional appearance is required, which includes nice slacks and a company polo.

Must have a valid driver license.
