Associate Attorney, representing clients in civil litigation, DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly qualified attorney with expertise in antitrust law. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in civil litigation and government investigations related to antitrust and competition law. Handle cases involving DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations and criminal enforcement matters. Conduct legal research, draft motions, and participate in case strategy development. Provide counsel on complex antitrust matters and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with senior attorneys and enforcement agencies as needed. Qualifications : 2 to 6 years of experience in antitrust law (law school class years 2019 to 2023). Strong substantive knowledge of antitrust and competition law. Experience working with enforcement agencies or prior DOJ/FTC government service preferred. Strong writing and analytical skills with top academic credentials. Compensation: Annual salary range: $235,000 – $390,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Performance-based discretionary bonuses.
