Oversee operational effectiveness of the community, promoting the organization's mission and values. Lead community staff and consultants in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services. Develop financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning; measure results. Create marketing and communication plans to maximize census and reduce vacancies. Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with ethical and religious directives for Catholic health facilities. Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and guarantee high-quality care and services. Serve as liaison between the Board of Directors and leadership, participating in governance meetings. Manage staffing activities, including hiring, orientation, evaluation, and ongoing education. Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration: Nursing Home Administrator credential prior to hire or transfer. Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years required; 15 years preferred. Leadership experience of at least 5 years is also preferred.
