primary liaison to the Government product team
and is responsible for
strategic oversight, leadership, and performance
of all contractor personnel and project delivery efforts. This individual will guide product delivery using
agile and user-centered design methodologies
and ensure continuous alignment between OHS goals and digital service outcomes. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Required: Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, or related field 8-10 years of experience in project or product leadership in federal IT environments Experience as product manager, scrum master, agile coach, or similar role Experience in user-centered product management in cross-functional agile product teams Experience with prioritizing product features and capabilities and managing the backlog of work Experience working with aligning product vision and end user goals Experience with facilitating collaborative decision-making Experience with guiding teams on content strategy and governance best practices Desired: Masters in Business Administration Experience working on federal platforms or within HHS/ACF/Head Start programs Experience with the Digital Services Playbook CERTIFICATIONS: Required: PMP (Project Management Professional) CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) (19) Desired: ITIL Foundation RESPONSIBILITIES: Required: Primary point of contact with the government product team Lead and supervise all contractor personnel and activities Continuous evaluation and adaptation of process and product improvements Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning Ensure product development is iterative, measurable and user focused Monitor KPIs, delivery milestones and compliance with project scope Collaborate with stakeholders to align development priorities with policy and oversight goals Facilitate transparent communication of all team members throughout the entire development process Encourage collaborative decision making to achieve the highest quality product Ensure all features of the product meet accessibility standards (Section 508 and WCAG 2.0/2.1)
SKILLS: Required: Ability to communicate risks, obstacles and issues early Ability to coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product aligns with user needs and business goals Detail oriented Desired: Spanish skills
