REPORTS TO: Owner/Franchisee Position Summary Statement

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.

Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, hour and wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and others necessary for legal operation. Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures. Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, fostering a cheerful and fun work environment aligned with Firehouse Subs' culture, beliefs, and values. Ensure business profitability by operating within guidelines for food cost, labor, utilities, and sales growth. Coordinate and implement current operational plans and company initiatives profitably and promptly. Ensure proper staffing with qualified, trained, and developed personnel. Continuously train and develop the restaurant's Assistant Manager and Shift Managers. Participate actively in local restaurant marketing efforts. Implement and promote all Public Safety Foundation initiatives. Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule. Engage in community affairs to leverage sales and PR opportunities. Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times. Communicate any issues impacting the business effectively to the GM/Owner. Maintain restaurant equipment and report problems immediately. Work on your feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Perform any other duties assigned by the Owner. Compensation:
