With offices in New York City, the firm has the ability to have an immediate significant impact on the firm, the team, and their clients. The attorneys are highly skilled litigators who offer expertise and counseling in the areas of sophisticated construction and labor law litigation, general liability, insurance coverage, products liability, and appellate practice. The firm offers competitive pay and benefits including PTO, health insurance, and retirement plan. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team of professionals. Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Handle complex litigation matters in labor law, premises liability, and construction defect cases in the New York Metropolitan area from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing. Litigation Attorney Qualifications: Minimum of 12+ years of construction law, insurance law, labor law, personal injury litigation experience Experience working on New York Labor Law litigation matters
in State court, Federal a plus NY Bar admission required, NJ and/or CT a plus Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial Seniority level
