Renewal by Andersen is seeking an accomplished, driven, and collaborative
Direct Marketing Associate
to help enhance our customers' experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?
This position offers
uncapped commission
in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to
earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year.
Base pay starts at
$20 an hour
and is based on factors such as experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will share more details about the compensation during the hiring process.
Purpose This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It is essential to record accurate data regarding prospective customers and market areas. The role includes a base monthly driving incentive and variable mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager.
Transport yourself to the assigned territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally.
Use company mapping and business applications to record accurate data on customer interactions.
Maintain a neat appearance, proper uniform, and comply with municipal permits.
Attend company meetings as required.
Provide feedback to improve the canvassing program.
Master company methodology, products, and promotional offerings.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Minimum age of 18.
Reliable transportation.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
Physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily.
