Your role You will be our first GTM hire on the supply side of the marketplace, leading new recruiter growth.

The 'ACV' of a good recruiter/agency is arguably higher than an enterprise customer because of the large volume of roles they facilitate over time. We're seeking highly revenue and growth-oriented individuals. A strong indicator is if you've cold-outbounded your way into at least one incredible opportunity you had no prior business reason to pursue.

Analytical and data-driven, always aware of your metrics.

Excellent copywriting skills, capable of creating engaging content that maximizes conversions.

Scrappy and resourceful, able to generate pipeline end-to-end and develop new growth channels.

Personable, social, and highly charismatic, able to sell to diverse personalities.

2-6 years of experience in an AE, SDR, GTM, or other growth-related role at a startup.

Position details

Salary: $180k - $280k

Equity: Competitive

Visa sponsorship: Not available, but may consider exceptional candidates

Work policy: On-site at our SF office in North Beach
