Hundreds of billions are spent on recruiting annually, and our AI-enabled recruiter marketplace is the fastest-growing product in the market. We've 10x-ed in the past year to mid 7-figures in ARR with a small, close-knit team and have a clear path to 10x again in 2025.
Your role You will be our first GTM hire on the supply side of the marketplace, leading new recruiter growth.
The 'ACV' of a good recruiter/agency is arguably higher than an enterprise customer because of the large volume of roles they facilitate over time. We're seeking highly revenue and growth-oriented individuals. A strong indicator is if you've cold-outbounded your way into at least one incredible opportunity you had no prior business reason to pursue.

2-6 years of experience in an AE, SDR, GTM, or other growth-related role at a startup.

Salary: $180k - $280k
