Project Engineer

to support our growing Track Department. If you’re passionate about construction, eager to gain hands-on experience, and ready to grow your career, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: As a Project Engineer, you’ll work closely with Project Managers to help plan, organize, and execute railroad track construction projects. This hybrid role offers a dynamic mix of fieldwork and office-based responsibilities, giving you a well-rounded experience and plenty of room to advance. Key Responsibilities: Ensure safety is always the top priority Interpret construction drawings and project documents Create field sketches and construction details Inspect job sites for quality and progress Provide technical support to field crews Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractors Track materials, report progress, and help manage project budgets Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Attend project meetings and provide updates Perform quality control and assurance checks What We’re Looking For: 0-5 years of construction or engineering experience (track work is a plus!)
