JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: CRNA Anesthesia Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Orangeburg, SC Service Setting: Hospital Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: 06/02/2025 Ongoing Clinical Shift Schedule: At least 3 weeks/month On-Call Shift Schedule: 1 weeknight per week COVERAGE DATES 06/02/2025 Ongoing PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults Patient Volume/Census: TBD Admissions: No Rounding: Not Included Phone Consults: No Case Mix: General Anesthesia FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic Support Staff Available: CRNAs and OR team Reason for Coverage: Backfill FTE / Expansion of services PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (with clean background, zero malpractice) Credentialing Timeline: 90 days COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Rate: TBS Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Included if not selecting all-inclusive rate REQUIRED PROCEDURES General anesthesia procedures JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active SC license Board: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist DEA: Active DEA Certification Experience: Hospital-based anesthesia experience preferred DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide anesthesia services in hospital setting Work a minimum of 3 weeks/month Participate in 1 weeknight call per week Complete orientation and EMR training Maintain documentation and comply with hospital protocols
