Now Hiring - Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
Pay Range: $30–$35/hour

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on 1st shift. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations. You’ll work closely with the production team to coordinate materials, time, and resources for both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with production to plan and execute maintenance tasks efficiently.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment including pumps, motors, hydraulics, PLCs, machining tools, furnaces, and combustion systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
Assist the Plant Manager in developing capital projects, budgets, and financial plans.
Analyze project requirements and follow up on ongoing jobs.
Assess contractor needs and oversee building/property maintenance and repairs.
Support the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout, fall protection, confined space entry, and PPE usage.
Apply lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
Utilize both in-house and outsourced scheduling tools.
Essential Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, machining, electrical systems, and welding.
Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical domains.
Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Project management experience.
Preferred Skills
Experience with PLCs and automation systems.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Knowledge of industrial safety standards and procedures.
