We are currently seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager who is ready to step into a strategic leadership role. This position will have partnership opportunities available with a defined 3-year succession timeline, as part of our firms long-term transition plan.

This role offers a unique path for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership in a respected local firm. You will work directly alongside current leadership, transition key client relationships, and provide mentoring and training for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex tax engagements across a diverse client base.
• Prepare, review, and sign off on tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals.
• Conduct tax planning and research on federal and state matters.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and seniors.
• Collaborate with partners on firm operations, strategy, and client service standards.

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• 10+ years of public accounting experience with significant tax leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing client relationships and overseeing multiple engagements.
• Strong technical knowledge of federal and Oklahoma tax law.
• Leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What We Offer
