Johnson Rouse & Associates is a leading certified public accounting firm serving clients since 1983 in Tulsa. We provide tax, general accounting, business advisory, and third-party administration services with focus on Owner-Managed Businesses. We are currently seeking a Senior Tax Accountant with a special focus on high net worth individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex individual, fiduciary, corporate and partnership income tax returns
• Manage and meet the expectations of our clients and firm leaders
• Regular, responsive and proactive communication with clients and associates
• Conduct research on complex tax issues
• Assist with the creation and implementation of clients' long-term strategies

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent public accounting or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or experience in lieu of)
• CPA or CPA candidate is desired
• Significant experience providing tax compliance, planning, research, state and local tax services
• Experience with high net worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Oil & Gas and/or Real Estate experience is a plus
• Detail oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Demonstrated commitment and track record of providing excellent client service
• Good time management skills and ability to work independently within deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong, effective organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with QuickBooks, Adobe, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with CCH ProSystem fx or Axcess is a plus

Benefits & Compensation:

• $65,000 - $100,000 per year(commensurate with experience and education)
• Hybrid work available
• 401(k) with companycontributions
