We’re looking for a left-brain/right-brain
Creative Strategist
who can blend data and storytelling to craft high-performing TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram ads. You’ll own the creative process from concept to performance tweaks and love every minute of it.
This is a Remote (work from home) position. Why You You get the art
and
the science. Maybe you started as a media buyer who was sick of bad creatives tanking ROAS. Or maybe you were a copywriter who couldn’t ignore the data. Either way, you know how to create ads that don’t just look good, they convert. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, have an instinct for trends, and can turn a raw product idea into a direct-response hit that makes the client say, “How soon can we run this?” What You'll Do Turn ideas into scroll-stopping ads
– Research, brainstorm, and develop ad concepts that align with client goals and e-commerce best practices. Write conversion-focused copy
– Hooks, CTAs, captions, and scripts that get clicks
and
conversions. Collaborate with creatives
– Work hand-in-hand with designers, editors, and UGC creators to bring your concepts to life. Read the data like a book
– Analyze CTR, CPA, CVR, and iterate fast. Kill the losers, scale the winners, and know
why
each one worked. Trend-hunt like it’s your side hustle
– Stay on top of TikTok trends, competitor ads, and platform updates — and turn them into fresh campaign ideas. Test, test, test
– Run A/B tests on angles, hooks, and formats to find what sticks. What You Bring 1+ year in creative strategy, copywriting, or paid social (TikTok/Facebook/Instagram) — with a portfolio that proves you can drive results. A sharp pen and a sharper eye for direct-response angles. Comfort working at pace — multiple campaigns, multiple clients, and multiple creative tests running at once. A mix of analytical and creative thinking — you love a killer hook but also geek out on CTR and ROAS charts. Bonus points for experience with media buying, editing, or managing UGC creators.
