Summary:
The Patient Service Coordinator role at MaineHealth Cardiovascular Surgery in Portland manages complex scheduling for the practice and is responsible for providing administrative and office support for patients and providers. Per diem- day shift (Monday-Friday clinic) Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM Onsite in Portland Monday coverage needed; additional days on an as needed basis We are looking for a tech savvy candidate with prior medical scheduling experience to join our Cardiovascular Surgery Center in Portland, ME Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Two years of administrative patient service experience. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills. Additional Information
