is seeking a high-energy, motivated
RV Sales Associate
to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money! We believe in investing in your success. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify. What You’ll Do: Promote a high-quality customer experience by selling new and used RVs Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team Follow up and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer What You’ll Need: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years' sales experience, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending Compensation Details: This position is 100% commission-based. Estimated annual variable compensation ranges from $50,000 to over $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, a base hourly rate will be provided in addition to variable compensation. In other states, a minimum hourly wage of $12.25 or higher (if applicable) will be provided, offsetting variable earnings. Additional benefits include Paid Time Off, 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligible), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligible), and on-the-job training.
