If you love managing large, complex construction projects, mentoring others, and are passionate about safety, we have an opportunity for you as a Project Manager. In this role, you will work on exciting, multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects, developing skills in estimating, financials, and project management within the design-build construction process. You will be working on a project site with projects currently in Chandler, Goodyear, and the Northern Phoenix Valley. What You’ll Do
Oversee large MEP construction projects, managing personnel, contract compliance, planning, scheduling, safety, and profitability. Build strong relationships with field teams, project stakeholders, general contractors, subcontractors, and clients. Apply LEAN principles to deliver value and improve project processes. Manage project financials to ensure profitability. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Mentor Project Engineers and prepare them for advancement. Plan and coordinate all project phases from start to finish. What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Experience managing mechanical construction projects. Strong project accountability and initiative. Problem-solving skills and practical experience. Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, piping, and mechanical design and construction. Innovative mindset and process improvement skills. Leadership, business acumen, and integrity. Understanding of project financials and forecasting. Ability to foster great relationships with field teams and stakeholders. Collaborative spirit to work with multiple stakeholders. What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, with 7-10+ years’ experience. Experience managing multiple MEP projects, preferably in a design/build environment. Familiarity with Lean Construction tools and experience in data centers, federal work, industrial, or healthcare projects is a plus. Additional Details
