If you love managing large, complex construction projects, mentoring others, and are passionate about safety, we have an opportunity for you as a Project Manager. In this role, you will work on exciting, multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects while developing your skills in estimating, financials, and project management within the design-build construction process. The Project Manager will be based on a project site in Redmond, OR. What You’ll Do
Provide oversight to large MEP construction projects, including personnel management, contract compliance, project planning and scheduling, reporting, cash flow management, materials management, safety, job costing, and managing trades and changes. Build strong relationships with field teams, project stakeholders, general contractors, subcontractors, and clients. Apply LEAN principles to deliver value and improve project efficiency. Manage project financials to ensure profitability. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Mentor Project Engineers and prepare them for career growth, aligning with our core value of “People.” Plan and manage all phases of the project from start to finish, understanding all moving parts involved. What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Experience managing mechanical construction projects. Accountability and initiative in all project aspects. Problem-solving skills and practical experience to get the job done right. Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, piping, including design and construction. Innovative mindset focused on planning and process improvement. Leadership skills, business acumen, and integrity. Understanding of project financials and forecasting. Ability to build relationships and motivate teams. Collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement. What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, with 7-10+ years’ relevant experience. Experience managing multiple MEP projects at an MEP firm. Design/Build and IPD project experience is a plus. Familiarity with Lean Construction tools is a plus. Experience in data centers, federal projects, industrial, or healthcare sectors is a plus.
