Total compensation pay range:
$17-$19/hr.

DAY ONE! Who You Are: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, with experience in the glass industry being a plus. Your Responsibilities Will Include: As a Production Support Associate, you will be pivotal in preparing glass for shipment. Your main tasks will involve: Measuring finished products and fabricating wooden crates for shipment. Building crates around products and securing them for safe transport. Utilizing woodworking equipment and hand tools, including a nail gun and chop saw. Ensuring proper packing and securing of products. Conducting daily inspections for safety and quality assurance. Informing supervisors of any product abnormalities. Adhering to safety regulations to maintain safe operations. Skills You Bring: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. independently and up to 150 lbs. in tandem. Competence in accurately reading a tape measure. Willingness to stand for extended periods. Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability. Ability to work in a high-heat manufacturing environment. Familiarity with plant operations and basic computing skills is preferred. Experience in the glass industry or woodworking skills are advantageous. Regular, predictable attendance and adherence to safety policies are essential. Why Choose Us?
