Deerfield Beach, Florida
office, offering total earnings up to $300k (including base salary and quality incentive pay) and full benefits. A sign-on bonus of $60,000 is also available for this location. The Conviva Difference:

Low daily patient volume, allowing more time with each patient Focus on value-based care to enhance quality of life Manage a variety of cases, from preventive care to chronic conditions Spend 100% of your time on clinical patient care, including face-to-face and administrative tasks related to patient care Your Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Board certification in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (including ABPS certification) 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred Current, unrestricted DEA registration Benefits and Perks:
Guaranteed base salary plus biannual quality incentives (up to 20%) Total compensation up to $300,000 plus benefits Health insurance starting on day one CME allowance and time off Relocation and sign-on bonuses 401(k) with employer match Life insurance and disability coverage Paid time off and holidays About Conviva:
