Conviva Senior Care Centers seeks a Primary Care Physician in Deland, Florida. The role offers total earnings up to $300,000 (including base salary and quality incentives), full benefits, and a sign-on bonus of $30,000. The Conviva Difference:
As a physician here, you'll engage in hands-on patient care and explore social determinants impacting health outcomes, within a senior-focused, multidisciplinary primary care model.
