is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a position in
Margate, Florida,
with total earnings up to $300k (inclusive of base salary and quality incentive pay)
plus
full benefits. We are also offering a $30,000 sign-on bonus for this location. The Conviva Difference:
As a Physician with Conviva Senior Care Centers, you'll have the opportunity to take a hands-on approach to addressing patient needs inside the exam room, as well as understanding how social determinants of health impact outcomes. Our unique care model emphasizes senior-focused primary care with a multidisciplinary approach. A day in the life of a Conviva physician: Low daily patient volume, allowing more time with patients Work within a value-based care model to improve patients' quality of life Manage a caseload ranging from preventive care to chronic conditions Spend 100% of your time on direct patient care, including face-to-face time and related administrative tasks Your Accomplishments are Valued: Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Board certified or eligible in Geriatric, Family, or Internal Medicine (recognizing ABPS certification) Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred Current, unrestricted DEA registration Benefits and Perks for YOU: Guaranteed base salary + Biannual Quality Incentive (up to 20% of base salary) Total compensation up to $300,000 plus benefits Health insurance starting on your first day CME allowance and time off Relocation and sign-on bonuses 401(k) with employer match Life insurance and disability benefits Generous paid time off and holidays About Conviva: Specializes in senior-focused primary care for Medicare Advantage members Committed to high-quality, personalized care and excellent patient experiences Experienced in managing chronic and acute conditions Provides health education and community well-being services At Conviva, we aim to help our community and staff lead healthier, happier lives.
