Women’s Technical Designer

to join our client's team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $38/hr - $40/hr Position Overview: The ideal candidate for the Women’s Technical Designer will be responsible for technical women’s packs. This role is fully in-office, and the candidate must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Women’s Technical Designer:

Translate design concepts into tech packs with accurate construction details, grade rules, and specs.

Ensure fit consistency and size standards across multiple product lines for women.

Review and approve prototypes, pre-production samples, and top-of-production samples.

Partner with overseas vendors and factories to resolve technical issues.

Required Experience/Skills for the Women’s Technical Designer:

Proven experience in women’s intimates, swimwear, and activewear technical design.

Must have 5 years or more of experience.

Proficiency in Adobe Excel and PLM.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Women’s Technical Designer:

Strong technical design skills in the children’s market.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for technical design.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
