Do you believe therapy shouldn't just happen in an office? Do you want to be part of real change, not just talk about it?
If you're a licensed therapist who's motivated, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves, this could be your dream job. We're looking for enthusiastic mental health professionals who want to work in the real world, in homes, schools, and communities, helping youth and families navigate serious challenges and come out stronger.
This is not your average 9-5 therapy gig. It's dynamic, flexible, and impactful.
What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. The Cool Stuff)
Providing therapy outside the box such as in homes, communities, even backyards and of course the office settings (from time to time)
Working closely with families of teens (12-17) who are dealing with real-life issues like school struggles, peer pressure, substance use, and more
Having honest, action-focused conversations that spark actual behavior change
Collaborating with schools, courts, and community supports building a full-circle plan
Getting expert weekly supervision (no one's flying solo here!!!)
Managing a small caseload, so you have time to really dive in with each family
Being available (on rotation) to support families in crisis, even if it's 8pm and they're calling from the kitchen table
You'll Fit Right in if You:
Are the kind of therapist who really shows up, empathetic, curious, no-judgment zone
Like being in motion more than being behind a desk all day
Want your work to be real, raw, and incredibly rewarding
Thrive on flexibility and figuring things out on the go
Are passionate about helping young people and families move forward together
A Few Must-Haves:
Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology or related field, (License preferred but not required)
A growth mindset: you want to learn, improve, and be great at what you do
Ability to work independently but stay connected with your team
Cultural competence, you treat everyone with dignity and respect
Willingness to jump in, get creative and stay compassionate
Reliable transportation, to get you out in the community (of course, mileage reimbursement!)
What You'll Get (a.k.a Perks & Props)
Freedom & Flexibility: Make your own schedule, shape your day, and avoid burnout
Monthly Cell Phone Stipend: We get it, you're going to use it!
Work/Life Balance: This is big for us, we want you to have a life outside of work
Room to Grow: Learn a gold-standard, evidence-based therapy model (MST) that'll take your career to the next level
Paid Sick Leave: Because real humans need rest
Sound Like You?
