Job Title: Senior Specialist, Corporate FP&A

The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, Corporate FP&A to join our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will be a key resource in providing critical analyses and supporting the financial performance of Entegris. As part of the team, you will collaborate with business, finance, and accounting teams across the organization to analyze and communicate key drivers of financial results, as well as build strategic models to accelerate shareholder growth. The candidate will be responsible for supporting strategic analysis, the company-wide forecasting process, and presenting consolidated results. You will also provide and help implement actionable, insight-rich updates to the Executive Leadership Team. This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling and data analysis to support growth and profitability goals. It is a highly visible role involving interaction with executive-level business and finance partners, requiring solid knowledge of all three financial statements and their interrelations. What You'll Do: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure accurate financial forecasts based on solid analytical assumptions. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support senior management decision-making. Evaluate opportunities for process improvements and standardization of key financial metrics for the development of financial scorecards and dashboards. Lead the development and maintenance of financial models to support budgeting, in-year forecasting, and long-term planning, including the Annual Operating Plan. Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and KPIs. Support key strategic initiatives by providing ad-hoc financial analysis and recommendations. Develop proficiency in financial systems, focusing on driving efficiencies and automation in reporting. Assist in preparing Board presentations and executive-level financial review packages. Improve internal processes and assist in implementing best-in-class standards for management reporting, planning, and forecasting. Maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to your responsibilities daily. What We Seek: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field. Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis roles, preferably supporting Corporate or Business Unit FP&A. Proficiency in corporate finance fundamentals and business scenario modeling. Knowledge of dashboards, BI technologies, and data visualization tools. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with financial software such as SAP BPC and/or OneStream is a plus. Comfort working with large data volumes, summarizing key messages effectively. Adaptability, multi-tasking ability, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
