What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Drive new business sales for specialty insurance solutions including Loss Control, Reinsurance, and Distribution Management - Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales targets - Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle - Serve as a subject matter expert on specialty insurance markets and Duck Creek's value proposition - Represent the employer at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, insurance, or a related field - 6+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3 years in the insurance industry - Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals - Strong consultative selling and solution positioning skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience selling into Insurance T1 - 5 Carriers, MGAs, Brokers - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms - Familiarity with the employer's product suite or similar insurance core systems - Deep understanding of specialty insurance market dynamics and buyer personas - Passion for innovation and continuous learning
