What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer projects and challenges, recommending appropriate staffing solutions - Partner with the recruiting team to deliver custom-recruited IT professionals that meet client goals - Build and maintain relationships with client hiring managers to maximize placement potential - Drive increased gross profit and revenue within assigned accounts - Network and generate qualified new business opportunities through relationship-building

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 4 years of prior IT professional staffing sales experience - Proven success in acquiring new accounts and selling IT staffing solutions - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Strong persuasive abilities and sound judgment with a sense of urgency

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in closing sales calls, overcoming objections, and negotiating - General knowledge of Microsoft Office and ATS systems
