HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry in St. Louis, MO!
Salary:
$28-$36 Hour (BOE)
Shift Options: 1st Shift:
6:30 AM 2:30 PM 2nd Shift:
2:30 PM 10:30 PM Location:
St. Louis, MO
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Install, rebuild, and maintain equipment controls including PCs and custom controllers. Program and troubleshoot electronic control circuits for specialized production equipment. Work with servos, encoders, relays, sensors, light curtains, and
hydraulic/pneumatic
circuits. Troubleshoot and repair PC-based controls, network interfaces, and CNC systems. Create bills of materials and complete projects involving mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry work. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical plant equipment. Weld, braze, and fabricate components as needed. Operate forklifts after certification and track repair costs.
Education Requirements: Associates degree in electronics, PC technology, or industrial technology
OR
45+ years of relevant controls experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to plan projects, build/wire control panels, and debug systems. Skilled in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and CNC systems. Proficient in soldering, wiring harnesses, and electrical connectors. Strong blueprint and circuit diagram interpretation skills. Welding and brazing experience. Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) and ability to pass eye exam.
