An understanding of eCommerce and building repeatable customer experiences. Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with awareness of marketplace trends. Ability to communicate concepts clearly to diverse audiences. A track record of delivering impactful customer-facing products in dynamic environments. Experience leading product design processes and building cross-functional partnerships. Capability to produce high-quality work within short timeframes and adapt to changing priorities. Deep experience in requirement gathering, journey mapping, facilitating design sprints, competitive analysis, and rapid prototyping. A commitment to inclusive design principles. Impact You will: Lead and nurture the Customer Experience Product Design team, leveraging each member’s strengths. Facilitate creative problem-solving with cross-functional partners to align organizational goals. Drive the creation of empowering experiences for end-users. Use research, data, and analytics to inform product development. Foster a maker mindset for iterative, collaborative experimentation. Ensure the development of comprehensive end-to-end experiences.
