Position Summary Responsible for providing technical guidance to customers primarily via telephone, email, and occasionally traveling to customer sites. Tasks include addressing inquiries about product crossovers, selection, application, installation, operation, and performance issues. The role involves using customer interaction data to generate new product ideas and support sales strategies. Also responsible for maintaining ERP system accuracy, developing marketing materials, and supporting digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities Provide product, technical, and application support to customers and distributors promptly. Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and follow up on action items. Create and update product crossover matrices and reference tools. Develop and deliver product training for sales teams, distributors, and customers. Collaborate with Marketing to update product literature and technical bulletins. Support end users with distributor sales channel information. Assist Parker Territory Managers and Distributors as needed. Work with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to improve product design and quality. Evaluate and address customer complaints through proper channels. Maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and documentation. Stay informed about competitors’ products and nomenclature. Assist customers with product selection. Review and update item master data in ERP, including categories and product codes. Manage product family nomenclature and approve new item requests. Provide data on item attributes for websphere. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. 2-3 years of experience in related products, with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to travel as needed. Experience working with customers and distributors. Additional Information Thank you for your interest.
