$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from The Larko Group We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide essential support in the daily operations of the office. This individual will be responsible for managing internal communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to a well-organized, responsive, and collaborative work environment by handling a variety of clerical and coordination tasks with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. They should thrive in a dynamic setting, be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to their work. A strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Manage the flow of documentation and information between departments, clients, and partners, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate filing Draft, edit, and distribute a variety of communications, including correspondence, memos, and internal updates Serve as a point of contact for incoming calls and email inquiries; respond directly or route appropriately with professionalism and discretion Greet and assist guests and visitors, acting as a reliable representative of the organization Perform general clerical tasks such as scanning, copying, faxing, mail handling, and internal document routing Support administrative processes related to HR and reporting, including data entry, onboarding paperwork, and employee file maintenance Assist with internal projects, report preparation, and special tasks as needed Perform light bookkeeping and financial tracking, including invoice processing and expense entry Ideal Experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); strong typing and formatting skills. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
