Basler Co., a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines administrative support with data analysis responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, proactive, and willing to work in a manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in supporting internal teams, maintaining data accuracy, and improving workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administrative functions for the operations team Provide timely and professional customer service via phone and email Accurately enter orders, quotes, and job details into Epicor ERP system Track and follow up on order status, shipping, and delivery schedules Compile and analyze data to support reporting and decision-making Maintain and organize records of communications, reports, and transactions Collaborate with production, engineering, and shipping departments Assist with database development and administrative project support Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or analyst support role 2 years in a manufacturing role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.) Experience using ERP systems (preferably Epicor) Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to prioritize multiple tasks Why Join E.J.
