Job Opportunity At Philips

You will be working closely with our sales team to tackle challenges and manage our truck stock inventory. You will deliver innovative insights by merging multiple data sets, performing advanced analyses, and creating compelling data visualizations. Your role will involve using strong project management skills to execute project plans, identify and mitigate delivery risks, communicate and gain buy-in of stakeholders, focus on developing and implementing inventory management solutions, and support new product launches. You will focus on commercial data management for our field inventory by organizing, cleansing, manipulating, and maintaining large data sets; effectively interpret information to drive business initiatives and regulations; and calculate key performance indicators for asset management and field inventory optimization. You will drive process optimization and quality by ensuring information management systems meet the business needs; incorporate quality control procedures into day-to-day activities and implement inventory process controls including service, turn rates & expiration management. You will drive analytical excellence by creating visualizations that clearly illustrate results for non-technical personnel; utilizing your critical thinking skills, including the ability to assess numbers, trends, and data in order to reach new conclusions based on findings. You will report and communicate to provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders and interface closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive inventory strategies. You're the right fit if you have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience. You've acquired 2+ years in an analytical role within sales operations, IT, marketing or similar roles. Medical device experience, preferred. Your skills include strong quantitative skillset including statistical analysis, process design, & data management as well as strong organization and time management skills to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
