We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the technology operations of our company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on technical leadership, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure and business applications. Responsibilities: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals to support business growth and operational efficiency. Manage all aspects of IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, and resources, while adhering to budgetary constraints. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration and driving performance excellence. Oversee server and networking infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality, availability, and security. Implement robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and mitigate potential threats. Design and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime during disruptions. Procure, install, and maintain hardware and software to meet organizational needs. Provide comprehensive support for business applications, addressing technical issues and optimizing processes. Identify and implement technology solutions to improve workflows and enhance productivity. Act as a hands-on technical leader, assisting with complex technical tasks when necessary. Requirements: At least 7 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role. Strong expertise in server administration and networking infrastructure, including Windows Server, virtualization, firewalls, and Wi-Fi. Proven experience implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect IT systems. Hands-on experience with ERP systems. Demonstrated ability to support and troubleshoot business applications effectively. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing and developing IT teams. Proficiency in IT project management and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred: Familiarity with formal project management methodologies and manufacturing industry practices
