Design and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime during disruptions. Procure, install, and maintain hardware and software to meet organizational needs. Provide comprehensive support for business applications, addressing technical issues and optimizing processes. Identify and implement technology solutions to improve workflows and enhance productivity. Act as a hands-on technical leader, assisting with complex technical tasks when necessary. Requirements: At least 7 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role. Strong expertise in server administration and networking infrastructure, including Windows Server, virtualization, firewalls, and Wi-Fi. Proven experience implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect IT systems. Hands-on experience with ERP systems. Demonstrated ability to support and troubleshoot business applications effectively. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing and developing IT teams. Proficiency in IT project management and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred: Familiarity with formal project management methodologies and manufacturing industry practices
