Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. You will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, facilitating transactions, and providing exceptional service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding questions and issues related to their accounts. Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate. Assist customers with account transactions, including billing inquiries, payment processing, and refunds. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service quality. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to maximize their experience. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or account management role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
