Animal Emergency Center

is seeking a

positive, mature, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR)

to join our dedicated emergency care team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring both pets and their owners feel supported during stressful times.

What You'll Do:

Answer and direct calls on a 3-line phone system Greet and check in emergency patients Process payments and check clients out Go over treatment estimates with clients and discuss payment options with compassion Assist in initial triage by gathering critical information for our medical team Keep the front desk running smoothly in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For:

Veterinary experience required

(front desk, tech assistant, or similar) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working under pressure with compassion and professionalism Availability for

nights, weekends, and holidays are a must
