Program Phoenix Transition Manager

This role will be part of the Program Phoenix initiative, which aims to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow. Summary of Role: This role will lead and manage the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of the transition from legacy to SAP S/4 HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Team Center PLM, and other enterprise applications as part of a greenfield transformation project. The role will ensure seamless cutover execution and release management across SAP and other enterprise platforms, minimizing business disruption and ensuring compliance with governance standards. Essential Responsibilities: Cutover Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed cutover plans including mock runs, production timelines, and go-live readiness. Coordinate across SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, GTS, OpenText, Icertis, Vertex, BTP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Team Center PLM. Data Migration Oversight: Lead master and delta data loads for GL, cost centers, HR mini masters, suppliers, and banking data. Ensure synchronization across systems and validate data integrity. Defect & Risk Management: Identify and resolve blockers and defects, including catalog enablement and supplier data issues. Facilitate emergency transport approvals and issue resolution meetings. Release Management: Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle including planning, approvals, compliance, and deployment. Conduct weekly deployment reviews and maintain standardized release calendars. Track release metrics, enforce process adherence, and publish release notes. Align with CAB (Change Advisory Board) for approvals and audit CHGs for review. Coordinate with project managers, solution delivery leads, and test teams to ensure release readiness. Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA and test leads to ensure regression testing and system validation are completed before cutover. Monitor post-go-live defects and manage resolution through release processes. Communication & Coordination: Lead daily cutover and release meetings and provide status updates to leadership and task owners. Maintain robust communication with stakeholders and ensure resource availability. Provide regular updates to leadership and escalate issues as needed. Validation & Hypercare: Oversee business validation of critical transactions pre go-live. Support post-go-live hyper-care activities including monitoring and issue resolution. Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 10+ years experience in managing large scale SAP implementations - cutover and release management. Proficiency in managing and executing cutover & release management for SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, D365, Teamcenter PLM & other Enterprise applications with strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, transport management tools SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM. Strong understanding of master data handling & system synchronization. Led teams and change management strategies for cutover & release management. Familiarity with transport trackers, batch job scheduling, and validation protocols. Well versed in multiple styles of Release & Change Management processes including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and Iterative. Ability to manage defects, blockers and emergency transport processes. Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, D365 and Teamcenter PLM applications. Functional knowledge of Enterprise business process of Sales, Finance, Supply chain or Manufacturing. Strong communication and presentation skills, flexible, open working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly. Expected Salary Range $106,100.00 - $200,000.00.
