Monitor inventory levels, process purchase orders, and ensure timely restocking. Oversee the creation of new inventory records and maintain accurate product data. Manage purchasing tasks such as order tracking, vendor communication, and resolving discrepancies. Facilitate sales support by processing orders, invoices, credits, and lease approvals. Maintain and update internal databases and generate reports for management and clients. Support warranty claims, returns, rebates, and vendor programs. Ensure a professional and responsive approach to customer and vendor inquiries. Collaborate with team members across departments and provide backup support as needed. Complete ad hoc projects and administrative tasks to support overall operations. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail with experience in purchasing, inventory, or sales support. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to responsibilities. Additional Info: Pay range:
