Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic is expanding its oncology services and seeks a dedicated full-time Hematologist/Oncologist (MD or DO) to join the team at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center in Marion, IL. This position offers a highly competitive guaranteed salary of $615,000 , plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus for a 5-year contract, providing stability and a rewarding career in a growing healthcare environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Employed by Deaconess IL Specialty Clinic, a multispecialty group of 350+ providers
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week position with a guaranteed $615,000 salary for the first 12 months, plus productivity bonuses if RVU benchmarks are met
- Sign-on bonus of $50,000 for a 5-year contract
- Competitive productivity-based compensation after the first year, with additional quality bonuses
- Fully implemented EMR (Epic) for inpatient and outpatient care
- BC/BE in Hematology/Oncology required
- Call coverage: 1:4
