Travel RN - Med/Surg Tele

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring current BLS and ACLS certifications and Epic experience.Job Details•Position is in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care hospital,•Typical patient ratio is 1:4,•Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30,•Every other weekend work is required,•Float required within the hospital and to nearby affiliate hospitals,•May be placed on call during the assignment,•Uses Epic EMR; prior Epic experience required,•Scrub color is flexible; any color permitted,Job Requirements•Active RN license or eligibility to obtain Oregon RN license; pending license accepted,•Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med/Surg Tele setting,•Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,•Must provide two supervisory references covering 1 year within the past three years,•Epic charting experience required,•Cannot reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility,Additional Information•Candidates may be expected to float between sister facilities within the state,•Failure to float when requested may result in contract termination,•Expected to work at least 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day),•Scrubs are provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, PACU, and Maternal Child units,•First-time travelers and those with pending Oregon licensure may be considered,•Former permanent staff must wait a minimum of 3 months before returning as a traveler,),•hash,:•6855336735133698512,
