Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring at least two years of labor and postpartum experience and current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.Job Details•Work in a LDRP unit within a hospital setting,•Serve both laboring and postpartum patients,•Day shift schedule, three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 to 19:00,•Floating within Maternal/Child areas and to other units as required, including as a Patient Observer (sitter),•Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required,•Required to work 50% of weekends on contract unless otherwise specified,•Required to work 50% of holidays on contract,Job Requirements•Active RN license in Missouri or Compact state required at time of consideration,•Current certifications: BLS, ACLS (ALS), and NRP required,•Minimum two years of nursing experience with at least one year in labor and postpartum care,•Scrub experience preferred,•Two professional references from a charge nurse or above required for consideration,•Locals residing within 75 miles are eligible at a different rate,Additional Information•Responsible for providing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages,•Mandatory completion of modules during orientation and annually, averaging four to six hours,•First-time travelers are accepted,•Floating is mandatory for all units, including assignments as Patient Observer (sitter),•Scrub attire required per hospital guidelines,),•hash,:•428574302669786565,
