We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Office Services Associate to join our team supporting a prestigious legal firm. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for reprographics, mail services, conference services, customer service, and supply management.Office Services Associate - Two Shifts AvailableLocation: Boston, MA 02109Pay Rate: $21/hourShifts: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM and 11:00 AM - 8:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesSort and prioritize customer work requests using production tickets and workflow systems.Provide exceptional customer service and professional consultation to various departments, including senior staff.Manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Operate production equipment for copying, scanning, binding (Velo, Spiral, 3-Ring, GBC), lamination, and related tasks.Troubleshoot copier/printer issues and manage complex print projects.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and messenger services, using package tracking tools (e.g., PS Track).Perform daily mail pickups and deliveries throughout the building.Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for communication and reporting.Maintain supply inventory and restock areas as needed.Print Production DutiesOperate Canon color copiers and online print submission systems.Execute litigation print/finishing requests with precision.Provide proofs for client approval and work closely with clients through project completion.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.Previous experience in office services, print production, or mailroom operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe programs, and NetDocs.Experience with mail merge projects involving multiple fields and files.Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Hospitality-driven with a client-first mentality.Skills & AttributesStrong work ethic and professionalism.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Exceptional communication skills (verbal, email, and written).Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think outside the box.If you have a passion for delivering top-tier service in a professional legal setting and excel in mail and print operations, we encourage you to apply.Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.The compensation outlined reflects expectations for candidates who fully meet the role's qualifications in terms of education and experience.
