Part-Time Office Support Clerks

Olsten Staffing Services is assisting a local company in the Marion County, SC area in their search for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Office Support Clerks to join their team in the Buildings and Permits Department as well as in the Clerk of Court's Office. Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist customers and visitors
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Perform basic data entry and maintain digital and physical files
  • Provide general administrative support to the Buildings and Permits Department staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area
  • Assist with other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service or clerical experience preferred
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and attention to detail
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Pay: $12.02 hourly
