Pay Details: $12.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist customers and visitors
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Perform basic data entry and maintain digital and physical files
- Provide general administrative support to the Buildings and Permits Department staff
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Assist with other clerical duties as assigned
- Prior customer service or clerical experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Friendly, professional demeanor and attention to detail
- Must be reliable and punctual
- $12.02 hourly
