Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the firms hiring process from screening applications to onboarding new employees.
- Supervise office staff and oversee general upkeep of office space. Manage employee training and evaluations, and ensure both staff and facilities are well equipped and well stocked.
- Maintain employee records to ensure accurate information is on file, and attorney and staff licenses are renewed as needed.
- Coordinate, implement, and oversee updates to the firms technological systems, ensuring all technology aligns with IT guidelines and policies.
- Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) reports and review final bills for compliance with any relevant guidelines.

What Were Looking For:
- Degreed and administrative experience. You currently hold a Bachelors degree and a minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience in a law firm.
- Polished and professional. You have excellent communication skills and operate with discretion and sound judgement.
- Software skilled. You can navigate a variety of software platforms including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and legal billing systems. Experience operating on Juris is a plus.
- Eagle-eyed. You are highly organized and thorough with your work. The smallest of details do not go unnoticed.
