**Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM**
**Schedule: Every 3rd weekend**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (LD RN) to join our growing team in a dynamic and supportive labor and delivery unit. In this role, you will be integral in providing high-quality, patient- and family-centered care to women during pregnancy, labor, and delivery, specifically for those at 28 weeks gestation or more.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and monitor patients in labor, providing comprehensive care to mothers and newborns.
- Identify and respond to obstetric and medical complications that may arise during pregnancy and delivery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care.
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the labor and delivery process.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
